This is the quickest, healthiest, no fuss ice cream that ever was!
Peel, chop and freeze bananas in advance. When I feel like a cooling soft serve on a hot day, just grab a handful of frozen banana, add a dash of nut milk/ coconut water/ water and wizz up with a stick blender until smooth. If you want an extra creamy ice cream, add tahini.
To make the ice magic put some melted coconut oil, liquid stevia and raw cacao into a little jar and shake then pour over your nicecream. YUMSKI 😋
