Last night I did my first interview for a podcast that I love called Soul Doctor by Rebecca Dettman. I was a bit scared but also excited! All guests on the show are anonymous, but to have someone I respect and think so highly of ask about my thoughts and experiences is a HUGE honour and definitely another big step towards allowing myself to be seen – owning who I truly am instead of living in fear and doubting my worth. I love Marianne Williamson’s famous quote “There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
